Enquiry Checklist
What We Need To Quote A Machine
Four details decide which of the five machine families fits your job. With them in the first email we can name a model and a price band; without them the specification takes several exchanges to settle.

Part size and material
Largest dimensions in millimetres, plus the material. A 400 kg steel weldment and a 40 kg aluminium housing take different machines at the same envelope size.

Tolerance to hold
The tightest feature on the drawing, and whether it is a bore, a face or a position. Guideway type and spindle class are specified from this.

Production volume
Parts per year, and whether the machine runs one, two or three shifts. Cycle time, tool magazine size and automation are sized against this figure.

Destination and site
Country and installation site. Voltage, frequency, certification and export crating follow from it, and each affects the delivered price.

We collect you from the airport or your hotel. Suzhou is around thirty minutes from Shanghai by high-speed rail if you prefer to travel by train.

What Happens After You Contact Us

How soon will I get a reply?
Within one working day, and usually the same day if the enquiry arrives before mid-afternoon China time. Where a drawing or the four details above are included, that first reply normally names a machine model and a price band instead of asking you for more information.
Can you quote without a drawing?
Yes, provided you can give the largest part dimensions, the material and the tightest tolerance on the job. A drawing firms up cycle time and fixturing, but those three figures are enough to identify the right machine class and an indicative price. Drawings are held in confidence either way.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit on order with the balance against acceptance before shipment is the usual structure, and letters of credit are accepted. The exact split is written into the contract rather than left open. Payment stages are tied to build milestones, so the balance falls due only once the machine has passed its ISO 230-2 acceptance test.
How long is the lead time?
Standard configurations generally ship within 30 to 60 days of a confirmed order. Non-standard travels, a special control package or added automation extend that, and castings for larger machines have to finish ageing before machining starts. The confirmed date goes into the contract rather than being left as an estimate.
Do you install the machine and train operators?
Yes. An engineer travels to your site for installation, levelling and commissioning, then stays to train your operators and maintenance staff on the control and the routine service points. Travel and accommodation are quoted as a separate line so you can see what they cost.
Can I order a single machine?
There is no minimum order and single machines make up most of what we ship. Repeat and multi-machine orders are quoted on the same basis, with the configuration named line by line. See the full machine range, or send the part and we will tell you which family fits.
